1. Scope of These Terms
These Terms govern your purchase and use of all services, digital information products, and physical goods offered by Soleryna through soleryna.com.
2. Services
Soleryna provides consultation, design, and installation of solar and green energy systems tailored to residential and commercial properties. Our experts handle site assessment, system configuration, and on-site installation.
Rescheduling: You may request a change in service date up to 7 days before the scheduled installation. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on technician availability.
No Refund Policy for Services: Due to the custom nature of our installation work, once an installation has commenced or materials have been ordered specifically for your project, no refunds can be issued. However, if a cancellation occurs before ordering materials, you will receive a credit equivalent to any deposit paid, which may be applied to future services within 12 months.
3. Information Products
Soleryna offers digital guides, webinars, and online courses related to solar energy adoption, system maintenance, and energy efficiency strategies.
Refunds: You are eligible for a partial refund if you request cancellation within 14 days of purchase and have accessed less than 30% of the content. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Goods
We supply solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related accessories manufactured to industry standards.
Returns: Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unopened condition. A returned-goods authorization is required. Customers are responsible for return shipping to our facility. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process a replacement or refund within 10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our refund and cancellation terms vary by product type:
- Services: No refunds once materials are ordered or work has started. Cancellations before materials ordering receive a credit for future services.
- Information Products: Partial refunds available as described above.
- Goods: Returns and refunds available as described above.
